Q:I attempted to check into my 20 songs tonight, but it says that I have already checked in to 20 songs today. Problem is, i haven't checked into any songs today, but I did last night at 11pm. Does being on the west coast make a difference?

We had it on an iPod Touch last year. We assume the latest generation, and maybe the previous generation would handle it.
Q:How do I redeem an "Reward Spotlight" reward?
Wait until it shows up, then redeem it. It’ll show up on the main Rewards page, usually in the later afternoon-ish (like 3pm-6pm ET, but that’s not a guarantee - just a good guide). Check it often if it’s something you want.
Q:I've noticed with the Music check-ins it's only giving me points for 18 or 19 songs per day, but not 20. I'm definitely within Viggle's definition of a day, and since I'm going alphabetically through my iTunes songs, I know I'm not repeating a song. Have you noticed this or are you definitely getting all 20 every day?
Server Error Tip
Lately, some of you (including us once) have experienced a server issue, then when you try to check in to a show again, you realize you were already checked in.
So, as a tip: When you Confirm, and get a server error, just wait a minute. Check My Shows, and see if your show is there. If it’s not, wait a minute. Try force closing the app for 60 seconds, then restarting it, and checking My Shows again. (Even if you got the server error after tapping Confirm, you might still be checked in.)
Remember that once you check into another show (even if it’s the same show again), you’re officially done with the bonus attached. So checking back into the same show won’t keep your bonus going. Just as with the old system, once you’re out of the show, the bonus is over, and posted to your account.
So take your time, and let the system catch up to your app. We forfeited a bunch of points Sunday by being impatient and check into a football game a second time, trying to get it right. We realized we were already in, despite the server error. Learned that one the hard way.
Q:Have you asked your contact at Viggle about DVRed shows? I can only get it to work if I am within the 3 hour window of east coast to west coast time. Meaning if a show starts at 8pm est. time, I can only get an audio check-in on the DVRed show if I do it by 11pm est. Do you think it because they are still working the bugs out? Or do you think the 8am limit is a thing of the past? Thanks for the help
We’re assuming the problems with DVR’d show is related to the other problems they’re working out.

In the end, people will always gravitate to what suits them best, whether it’s Viggle, or Shopkick, or Swagbucks, or Angry Birds. Viggle feels the anger from its users, trust us on that one. There are some major flaws in the system they are facing daily to work through and get corrected. For us, we’re hanging on for a while. We’ve still redeemed for a Best Buy card or whatever in the past two weeks (okay one card, but still).
We’re not fans of the Reward Spotlight situation as it stands. We think Viggle needs to get on those vendor’s backs and get the gift cards in stock again. We don’t know how all that works, so who knows how long any of that takes, but Shopkick & Swagbucks are offering up the same gift cards like hotcakes, so not sure why Viggle can’t right now. Again, we don’t know all the inner workings of a business when it comes to things like that (ie: reward system). We also are hopeful that the spotlight thingamajig is temporary (although 3 months of temporary seems like an eternity sometimes), and that at some point soon, things will be ‘normal’ again.

Q:You guys are awesome! I still have problems when I try and check in manually (3 times and then type in the program). Especially during the day, it always says the server is busy. But I do have the most recently updated viggle (the music component is there). Do you think its still wrong viggle version or that I might just have super crappy service?
We’ve not tried a manual check-in lately, so we can’t really speak to it. Others we’ve seen on Twitter have manual issues, so we’ve been recommending audio check-in whenever possible.

Q:There appears to be a check in problem this morning. Tried to check into shows on many channels and do not get the correct show. I am running IOS6 on a IPhone4s and have the current update from viggle. BTW I cannot update to IOS7 due to the new keyboard and phone dialer screens. With my eyesight, the screens are just white. That's a Apple issue the have not corrected yet.

Q:Where is the frikin $25 best buy giftcard for 50,000 points ?! viggle is really annoying now, its so much harder to get points its ridiculous, 2 years ago every ad was like 300 points and the check in bonuses were the same.
Viggle’s not quite 2 years old yet. And the g/cs haven’t been 50K since July or August of 2012.
