Q:It appears my Viggle app lost the link to my Directv account. When I try to re-login, I get an "Oops! The promo code is missing or invalid" with 2 buttons. "Continue anyway" which returns me to the same screen mentioned above and "Enter promo code" which returns me to the "Log into your Directv account..." screen. I am unable to connect my Directv account. Help?
You can’t get a promo code twice. If you’ve already linked them, and they (for whatever reason) are unlinked, you need to simply relink them. You won’t get a bonus again. Continue past the Promo Code screen. If you continue to have issues, call Viggle nicely at 212.231.0092, and ask for some help connecting your DirecTV account, as you’re having issues at the Promo Code prompt.
