Q:Are other users still having trouble checking in audio? It seems to only work about 10% of the time for me. Problems on the iPad & iPhone.
Hmmm, in general we’ve had decent luck lately. Sometimes it might take a swipe or two to get into a show, but we get there.
Actually, it seems quirky, but who knows if this works or it’s just our placebo on it, but if we’re not getting audio recognition, we’ll sometimes click over to the carousel or rewards button, let the app reestablish a connection, then go back to checking in. And it works. In our minds, it’s like reawakening the connection between us & Viggle’s servers. Maybe that could work for others.
We’re Android, so someone let us know if that works for iOS.
Viggle did state last week that while a lot of the problems were ironed out, they were still experiencing some issues w/ audio check ins (which also affected the DVR check-ins). So stay patient with it, and try to check into the live airing of a show if possible.
