Offer Wall Not Giving Points?
A couple of nights ago, we fulfilled a few easy offers on the Viggle Offer Wall. One was for +600. We didn’t get the points for it, and wondered what was up.
We shot off a quick support email to Viggle, asking what we should do about it. They told us this:
Please use the Help link that you will see if you scroll to the bottom of the Offer Wall.
It is important to use this link as they can trace your account identifier and research the issue promptly.
We did just that, and it was an easy process. All you have to fill out in the app is your name, & email address (the same one associated w/ your Viggle account). TrialPay immediately emails you a secure link which takes you to a submission form. The form asks what game you played, what date, and any other details. We had taken a screen shot of the game we played (RewardTV - 2 games as required), just as backup. Without need of the screenshot, TrialPay saw the we and fulfilled the offer, and almost immediately posted our +600 points due.
So if you ever have issue with actually fulfilling an offer, and not getting points, use the Help Link at the bottom of the Offer Wall itself, and follow instructions. It’s painless, and the TrialPay people were prompt, courteous, & helpful.
